DWTV, voice of the voiceless Ethiopians
#Mekelle- 24 Dec 2019 (DWTV) -It is now a year since #Dimtsi Weyane Television (#DWTV), the youngest TV as compared to other Ethiopian TV stations, officially started its transmission.
However, sources indicate that it, unlike its age, could be the most preferable and influential media across the nation and in the horn region far beyond that.
In this regard, various first-hand accounts have witnessed at various circumstances that DWTV has, since established, been echoing the voice of all the voiceless Ethiopian nations, nationalities and peoples to promote democracy, development and peaceful coexistence.
It is an open secret that DWTV has been roaring for peace and humanity based on media ethics and its principle within that framework just to serve its purpose.
Surveys conducted in various ways in relation to that mentioned DWTV as the most liked, chosen and reliable information provider.
No need to go further- the vox-pop DWTV did yesterday in this regard is the living testimony of what its audiences feel about its programs. In this case, they audiences commended DWTV to maintain these reputations and trends.
It is as clear as day light that the very objective of any healthy media run by professional media practitioners is nothing, but to serve the truth, except in some exceptions. And no one who knows a bit about that can possibly counter argue on that for it is an internationally accepted fact.
All that does not, however, mean that DWTV has been absolute or perfect for a lot still remain to be further done so as to become competent enough at international level. So, DWTV, as ever before, critically needs to be healthily commented by all its audiences so as to use them as inputs in its efforts to further improve its quality service.
